Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a 10-hour-a-week, intensive level of care that is utilized to provide continued support, especially after a step down from a higher level of care such as Inpatient, Detox, or Partial Hospitalization. Designed for individuals maintaining gainful employment, IOP offers intensive group support and increased clinical oversight.
Led by a master’s level clinician, IOP meets for groups three days a week, has one individual therapy session a week and obtains a psychological evaluation. The goal is to assess, stabilize, and build clients for success while maintaining them in their communities and systems of support.
Our IOP program has a clinician-to-client ratio of 1:15 and most clients will participate in IOP for 120 days (4 months). All assessments for the client's level of care are determined by an ASAM and ongoing weekly assessments. Individuals obtain weekly urine drug screens, medication management, and participate in family therapy.
