
What are the models of care (programs)? What is PHP and IOP?
PHP, short for partial hospitalization program, is a 25-hour-a-week program that helps individuals become oriented with daily living and recovery skills after completing inpatient or detox. IOP, intensive outpatient, is 10 hours a week and becomes the next step of care after returning to work, but needing more intensive therapeutic support during the early stages of recovery.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept commercial insurance policies as well as Magellan Medicaid only (Montgomery County, Bucks County, Lehigh County, Cambria County, Northampton County). We do not accept Philadelphia County Medicaid.
Do you provide medication for a substance use disorder?
Yes, we provide Sublocade and Vivitrol, a once-a-month injection that helps the person focus solely on their coping and recovery skills without having to remember to take a daily dose. Sublocade gives the individual the freedom to know they have their medication all month long and never have to worry about running out.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Land Title Building in Center City, Philadelphia. The Land Title Building is easily found on Broad St between Sansom and Chestnut. We are close to the Walnut Locust Broad St Line stop and the 13th St Market Frankford Line stop.
Do you provide housing and transportation?
For the convenience of our clients, we offer private transportation to and from our facility, which is also located close to public transit options. We also have housing available in West Philadelphia, not far from Sobriety Now. View our Housing page to learn more.
