Sobriety Now Addiction Treatment and Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program

Our experts can guide you into the program that’s best for you.

Is Our Intensive Outpatient Program Right for You?

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a 10-hour-a-week, intensive level of care that provides continued support, especially after a step down from a higher level of care such as Inpatient, Detox, or Partial Hospitalization. Designed for individuals maintaining gainful employment, IOP offers intensive group support and increased clinical oversight.

Led by a Master’s level clinician, IOP meets for groups three times a week, has one individual therapy session weekly, and obtains a psychiatric evaluation if warranted. The goal is to assess, stabilize, and build clients for success while maintaining them in their communities and systems of support.

The client's level of care is determined by ongoing weekly American Society of Addiction Medicine assessments. Individuals obtain weekly urine drug screens, medication management, and have the opportunity to participate in family therapy.
